Do you remember the June 21st Town Board Meeting where Marasco asked the board to pass a resolution requiring that Congel pay $750,000 the town believes it is owed based on the PILOT agreement — or risk termination of the PILOT? There is also nothing in there about commenting only on what is on the agenda. You can talk politics, be political, and talk about anything you want. Campaign Finance/Disclosure Reports are out for the 32 Day Pre Primary, and the July Periodic. The TB Agenda was up for about a week, and then a couple of resolutions were added at the bottom recently - just before they cancelled the TB meeting for the 16th - that meeting is now re-scheduled for Tuesday the 23rd. I was told (through articles and news reports) that he paid on March 15th - but when I click on the parcel ID #'s for the property included in the P.I.L.O.T. - it says he's still delinquent.County tax rolls are usually filed around July 1st, so if he did pay in March, I would assume that this would be reflected in the information on the tax portal website. Unshackle Upstate is really getting into informing the public about our representatives in Albany. The Chairman is moving to Geneva soon, so I imagine he will be handing in his resignation and not fulfilling his term to the end of the year.
