I wonder if the planning board attorney will write the resolution himself Monday night or will he have the applicant's attorney write the resolution for him like he did with the Newport application?

I think all politician's go to a meeting when they are elected that teaches them how to schedule controversial meetings. ;)

No cop cars because regular ol' residents weren't invited, so no need for intimidation that time.
Whether the residents show up or not - it's going to happen. Christmas time or after the new year - doesn't matter.

I'd like to know if they are PB member's cars? I would think they aren't because how unethical would it be for a group of them to go to the site together unannounced? Was the applicant there? Anybody know?
I agree Jax it's a done deal. The handwriting has been on the wall for quite sometime. I still want the room packed and I want those residents to voice their concerns.
This may all end up playing out in Supreme Court. The neighbors have a case and they could win AGAIN!
Those pictures may come in handy if something improper was going on. Especially if there was a quorum. Not saying it was just saying IF.

He will probably be tripping over himself laying on the applicant compliments. So much integrity. NOT! He goes with whoever is in power, he has a new First Lady. Gag!
I guess we will see how it all plays out tonight!
ps- The TB must think the public is a bunch of bumbling idiots, like we wouldn't notice the difference of reaction between the cell tower and Legacy. Duh...
