Here are the pages recently received when requesting FOI for Mr. Aureli's contract and resume. Since there is no "contract" (he is paid by billable hours instead of a negotiated/set amount), this is just his impressive resume. Aureli Resume
Ok, I see he was a Councilman years ago which I also think was a conflict in him representing Newport. He was the Council person to offer the resolution to abandon a portion of Newport Road in 1993!? I'm not liking that, screams CONFLICT to me!
So where is his planning and zoning law experience? Town Law experience?
Representing clients that include people that drug kids in daycares and torment families pretty much disgusts me. I know everyone is in title to legal representation blah, blah, blah. I'm still disgusted though.
I also don't have much respect for somebody that runs from a resident to his car. That's a lawyer that really stands behind HIS resolution that HE WROTE. NOT! ;)

I would think that the Town Supervisor has received a complaint or expression of concern about Mr. Aureli by now.
