I just want to add, in reference to the reply given to Ms. Maier, that it is a relief to know that one of our Town Council, (a person who was elected to represent us) is "seeing much of this along with the rest of the Town." Great. Just great.
Copies in the Supervisor because "She has a much more thorough understanding and more knowledge than the rest of the town board does."
Even more wonderful news! Not only has the Town Board been declared sole decider on this project (no planning or zoning board input) that they admittedly know nothing about because they are "seeing much of this along with the rest of the Town", the only one who knows anything about the project at all, is the Supervisor. (What degrees does she have again? The ones on her thermometer? Oh, ok then.)
A project of this size and scope, with a price tag that rivals that of Ren Square, is in the hands of the Supervisor alone.
