Pinegrove Financial Evaluation From 2006

These 40 pages are of an evaluation that the Town's consultant, Tim Poley, did on the Pinegrove property in 2006. You can see that on page two, it pretty clearly states that it is 1.89 acres.

Three things could have happened:

1. The Town Board never reviewed this document.
2. The Town Board did review this document, but didn't really read it.
3. The Town Board did review this document, and decided to spread incorrect information instead.

Please also view this e-mail from the Supervisor to a resident where she tells the resident that:
"There has been no discussion or agreement with anyone about selling Pinegrove at this time."

Which is another lie, because according to page 24 under "Disclaimers" it says:
"This analysis is presented for the purposes of finding a mutually agreeable purchase price for the sale of the Pinegrove Senior Center by the Town Of Irondequoit, New York to the West Irondequoit Central School District."

This report was filed in 2006, so obviously the Town has been in discussions about selling Pinegrove. Again, the Supervisor tells a resident incorrect information. Is it intentional?

This is the page that says the Town would sell Pinegrove to the WISD.
