I certainly think that a "thank you" is appropriate to the outgoing incumbents for their years of dedicated service - I may not have agreed with them at all on many things, but they did dedicate their time and effort into the community, and that's not always an easy thing to do. Good luck in your future endeavors, and maybe we will see some of you back in a few years.
