Shining Example

Link.

“To me, it really says the negative people in Irondequoit — the Bob Aments and Cheri Eversheds — won and that’s really sad for the future of the town,” Jones said, referring to the outspoken residents.

When you need lessons on how to be a gracious person, how to be a positive force in your community, and how to lead by example - look no further than

Mary Ellen Jones.

Blaming two residents for the loss of her party in her town is this shining example of the power of positive.

Yes, these two residents, and Richard Barone are responsible for the defeat of Democrats in Irondequoit.

Never mind that across the county, Republicans basically swept all town elections and kept the majority in the leg - I wonder if Bob, Cheri, and Richard are responsible for that too?

Thank you, Mary Ellen Jones, for having the courage to finally let your true feelings be out in the open. It speaks volumes!

Thank you also, MPNnow for letting her quote be in print - and for not getting a quote from Ament or Evershed so they could defend themselves. We wouldn't want that now, would we?

I just checked the article again, and it looks like they took out the names. The quote still attributes the loss to "negative outspoken residents".

I think Mary Ellen Jones just set the tone for the next couple of years, don't you?

A shining example of moving forward for the good of the town. The epitome of positive! Way to go!
