John Perticone is the Business Manager/Financial Secretary for Plumbers, AFL-CIO Local Union 13, and is the person responsible for making sure the finances are in order and are following the rules.

How are these union guys going to feed their families when John Perticone is too busy:
- Spending $2,166.80 at Stephanie's Restaurant, and $3,840 at Amico's Pizza!
- Using the credit card to stay at the Spa Hotel in Niagra Falls and airfare for United Air!
- NOT keeping accurate records for automobile expenses.
- Spending $16,400 to Smokey's Catering for the annual clambake.
- Spending over $800 on door prizes for the clambakes.
- Spending $6,200 on Wegmans gift cards, and $1,500 on airline vouchers for a retired secretary.
- Spending over $5,000 each to McGraw Hill for a subscription to the Dodge Reports, Quill Corporation and Pitney Bowes for postage.
- Spending over $5,000 each to Carey Lathing & Acoustical, Rochester Flooring, and Crosby-Brownlie for improvements to the building.
Maybe Perticone thought up this "the Town of Irondequoit mandates apprentice laws" idea while he was staying at the friggin' SPA HOTEL in NIAGRA FALLS!
